  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Hedgeye Risk Management is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. Working closely with our business development, creative, and technical development groups, this person will lead the development, execution, and assessment of innovative, results-oriented digital marketing and social media campaigns.     • Develop and manage paid social media advertising strategies and budgets including Twitter, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube to ensure strategy is optimized for success
    • Create new social media campaigns, promotions, tracking and optimization; oversee day-to-day performance
    • Monitor social media progress using web analytic tools
    • Incorporate optimization strategies, analyze data, and research the best ways to increase traffic
    • Partner with our creative team to write effective, concise copy for multiple platforms and social networks
    • Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures
    • Generate comprehensive performance data reports as needed for quick strategy adjustments
    • Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results
    • Proactively offer strategic recommendations to our President and Vice President of Media
    • Ability to bring insight into the link between web, mobile, CRM, social, SEM/SEO and digital media and optimize social media channels for SEO as well as usability

    SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Wide-ranging familiarity with major social sites and services from a conceptual, marketing and technical perspective
    • Excellent writing, presentation, research and relationship management skills, with ability to articulate creative and technical concepts
    • Passionate about the engagement value of digital marketing and social media best practices
    • Demonstrated ability to convey innovative concepts and embody thought leadership in social media and digital marketing
    • High interest in working in a high energy, creative environment

    EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher
    • 3+ years of relevant experience leveraging social media in a corporate, marketing or brand-building capacity
    • 3+ years of relevant digital marketing experience including SEO, SEM, digital advertising and web analytics
    • Knowledge of or experience using; Pardot and Salesforce, not required but preferred
