  • Customer Service/Inside Sales Associate

    Job Location

    • Full comprehension of our retail investing research products and the ability to communicate each of them effectively to our subscribers


    • Be able to effectively communicate and answer questions about Hedgeye’s unique investing research process as well as our current economic and market outlook to current subscribers and prospects


    • Field subscriber inquiries via email, phone call and social media including but not limited to, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook queries


    • Attract and retain subscribers by answering questions, and suggest appropriate product offerings


    • Help maintain subscriber database and keep database up to date including Salesforce and other internal databases


    • Customer Service: responds promptly and professionally to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service


    • Oral Communication: Speaks clearly and persuasively in all situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions


    • Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; able to read and interpret written information


    • Teamwork: Balances team and individual responsibilities; exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; puts success of team above own interests; able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; supports everyone's efforts to succeed


    • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills


    • Ability to effectively use database information such as customer information systems


    • Bachelor’s degree


    • Experience in customer service required


    • Experience in financial services customer service preferred
